Client Brief:
Client approached SynapseIndia with a requirement of creating a website where users would be able to request a quote for the available services and these quotes can be managed online via the administrator of the site. The clients told us to add functionalities so that the website contents can be managed dynamically and its language can get changed dynamically via Google translator. Client also wanted an online payment processing section from where if any website user wants to make online payment against any of his service, then admin will send a link to the user through an email through which he/she can make the payment online. The client also wanted to that the payment details get reflected against the quote (case).

Our Endeavor:
We have designed and developed the website and have created Div based HTML. We have also integrated all the dynamic features in the website as asked by client. We have created an admin panel from where admin can create new pages according to the Menu items. The main feature of the website was accepting online request quote for the available services and these online quote requests are basically managed as a case in the admin section. We have added various types of tasks in the admin panel to manage the cases. These include: online like change status of the case, case assignment among his staff member, dynamic email content [these are also managed via admin] changes against a case, manage various types of reports, online payment processing etc. We have made this website a bilingual website and the languages can be managed via Google translator API.
