Client Brief:
The project was about an existing client who has already provided us some other projects in Drupal. In the current project, he asked us to design and develop a website in Drupal or Joomla. The website was about displaying various products that the client promotes. The requirement includes enabling the end user to view the product details and download product related documents as well as to categorize the content of the site using inbuilt features of Drupal. The client also asked us to give the ability to modify different sections of the site. All these should be managed from backend admin section.

Our Endeavor:
The project was basically about designing and developing a dynamic website. First we have chosen the color scheme from logo which client has already provided. Then we have made the designs based on the provided details/favorite website URLs/inputs so far from client. And we have designed the mockups of various pages like: Home, About us, Case studies, Contact us, News events, Partners distributors and Products solutions and sent these to client gradually for the confirmation. After getting the approval of each page we have converted these pages in to the HTML using with XHTML and JQuery features to handling the banner slide shows and sliders on the website pages. Thereafter, we have opted CMS titled "Drupal 7" to integrate the various pages and the functionalities proposed to the client. We have used Drupal features extensively like Views, Taxonomy, theming concept etc. to put the site into action. We have installed user contributed modules in Drupal 7 to accomplish some of the functionalities. These include CCK, Ctools, Entity, Views, Tokens etc. We have used Taxonomy to categorize the various contents of the site and to show the categories to end user allowing them to filter the contents. We have also used content types to differentiate the type of the content rendered on the page. Thus, almost everything in the site can be managed from the backend admin.
