Client Brief:
The client wanted a web based interface that would allow selection and registration of candidates for cabin crew training course for Europe's largest airline network "Ryan International".
Our Endeavor:
We divided the project into three sections Admin panel, Agent system and Applicant section (front-end. The admin panel is responsible for creating a dynamic application form divided in 4 or more section like 1) Personal Data 2) Contact Details 3) Education and Employment 4) Competency.
At the front end, we incorporated a functionality whereby applicants can apply either through some referral agent or directly where they fill their details. We provided a functionality so that after filling the application applicants receives an acceptance mail.
Once the data is put, it is screened and according to their status (pass/fail) a mail is generated to inform successful candidates about interview.
We provided a functionality so that the admin can sent an applicant anywhere in status (failed/Accepted application/Pending application/Accepted After interview/Call back/Invited for interview/Confirmed but no show/No show/Rejected after interview/ Registered Course) at anytime. Admin can also create application forms, select agent, courses, invite (Interview date/Venue), Mail format for (different type of mails for different applicant status), Admin User etc.
A functionality was also provided for agents to be able to manage (add/edit/delete) sub-agents under them. Agent/Sub-agent get paid for applicant who came through them on the status of applicant (No of applicant, No of Invited, on of accepted applicant, No of registered Applicant).
