Client Brief:
The client asked us to re-develop the website providing facility for automated Event Management System. The existing site was completely static. The client wanted the new Event Management System to be developed using database so as to allow posting of future events, uploading of images of the past events and sending bi-monthly newsletter to subscribers by email using an administrative panel. The client also wanted us to create Alumni Registration and Login area.

Our Endeavor:
We created an automated website and MySQL database. The site displays the list of upcoming events, past events and its archive, articles posted by various alumni members and response to their queries. The member services include Member Registration, Monthly Newsletter and posting queries. We developed an Administrative panel by using which the administrator can manage upcoming events, send bi-monthly newsletters, can respond to member queries and also manage content on the website.
