Client Brief:
Client wanted a real estate website to be developed in which one sellers can register as a member and add his property to be displayed on the site. The listed properties had to be categorized into Holiday Homes, Home for Rent, and Home for Sale. The website also had to allow visitors to view different properties registered on site and contact their owner via email. The client also wanted a search functionality whereby users can search different type of properties on the basis of different criteria set by them.

Our Endeavor:
Based on the requirement set by the client, we divided the project into two sections, viz. Admin panel and front end. The administrator can add edit, delete properties displayed, owners, locations, using the admin panel, and also activate and deactivate properties. The administrator can also formulate packages for listing properties using the admin panel. These reflected on the front end of the site, enabling users to opt for any one of their choice. We also implemented a search functionality whereby any visitor can search (Holiday Homes), (Home for Rent) and (Home for Sale) on the basis of different criteria, contact the owner of the property and make bookings.
