Client Brief:
The client asked us to develop a e-commerce site to deal with selling and buying of properties. Main objective of the site was bring both buyers and sellers to the common platform. The site had to give information on Foreclosures & Lis Pendens list to buyers and buyer related info to sellers.
Our Endeavor:
As per client requirements we developed the e-commerce site for properties buyers and sellers. Interested buyers can come on-line. Buyers can register for different listing of Foreclosures and Lis Pendens. These listings are prepared with current information and are sent to the registered users for time period specified. Sellers can provide the information on the site about property they want to sell. Same information is accessed by admin to give the best deal. There is also a separate Admin console to manage the buyer and seller activities.
