Client Brief:
The client focuses on providing home loans and mortgages for people with bad credit, and provide their customers with every possible opportunity to receive mortgage financing. Their commitment is to offer the best programs, pricing and service to the broker community. The client hired us to develop a dynamic website for the above. We designed the front-end of the website as well. The client wanted to administer the site using the administrative panel, so that the content can be changed at any point of time.

Our Endeavor:
There are various sections on the website like Forms & Documentation, Current Rates, Loan Products, Program Guidelines. This type of content keeps on changing frequently and it becomes difficult to manage such static content. So we developed a Content Management System(CMS) for the client to easily manage the web pages of the site. The technology platform for the development of the site is PHP with MySQL. All the pages have been made dynamic. The client can upload the documents and can change the content for any of the pages at any time.
