Client Brief:
The Deal Estate intends to use the Internet and in particular a site that focuses on a type of reverse bid process to become the most important website for buyers and sellers of real estate and real estate agents to begin their relationships. The plan of the business and the site is to serve buyers and sellers by increasing competition of agents through a reverse bid website, providing them with more agents and thus more competition to choose from as well as allowing them to retain more equity for themselves. The agents will be serviced by the site by providing them with qualified leads of buyers and sellers, more information than they have had before, and an easy platform for them to communicate with each potential client. The very strong part of website is it's backed admin panel.

Our Endeavor:
The site is using the online payment gateway for bank and credit card payment validation and also validates the address of a new member using the US Postal Service. The technologies we are using in the project are ASP.Net with C#, JavaScript, Html with Sql-Server as back end on Windows 2000 platform.
