Client Brief:
The client approaches us with a requirement to develop an application on health and fitness genre. Client wanted us to add functionality so that the users can schedule their food and physical activity plan. The application needed to have two forms which a user needs to feel. Depending upon the filled up data, the application can offer a weekly food shopping list. Client also told us to add some extra features like changing background color, secure the password for the application and back up the application through iTunes.

Our Endeavor:
The application provides a platform for the users intended to get assistance to become physically fit. We have added functionality so that the home screen appears with tabs: Fitness Planner, Target Planner, Food Intake Planner, Physical Activity Planner, Food Shopping List, Master Schedule. User can lock the application for privacy purposes. The app also allows user to back up the application data to iTunes or other cloud space like drop box. Following settings are been added in the application which allow users to change the background color. Further, the application also allows users to view content about the application. The application provides BMI table according to the information submitted (height/ weight) by the users. In addition to that the application offers recommended target weight depending upon the submitted data. Users can view default target BMI and can also choose the rate depending upon the weight they want to lose. Rates are1/2, 1, 2 or three pounds per week.
