Client Brief:
The client wanted us to add new features in the web site www.healthstatus.com , like different health risk reports, "Personal Tracker Specifications", where user can generate different periodic reports.

Our Endeavor:
For risk assessments report we developed the html interface so that user can input there queries to generate reports, system use this information to prepare queries for database and generates report in desired format. For Personal Tracker Specifications we designed tables for database and develop ed interface for user's personal information and medical specific information. Options was given to user to select the report type. Using this information system generates the desired report.
Client Comments:
SynapseIndia provided us with a programmer for two months to work on a couple of projects. The code was solid, questions from the programmer were reasonable.
