Client Brief:
Client approached SynapeIndia with a requirement to develop a job website where candidates can register, enter their skill set, upload their work samples (images) in their profile. Client asked us to add functionality so that the employers can register with the site, search for skill set, view the candidates list, select a candidate, view their profile and expertise, send and receive messages with the candidates.

Our Endeavor:
We have developed this project from the scratch and we have used Cakephp MVC framework, JQuery and HTML. In this website employers can search candidates based on their skills, location, availability and keywords. Employer can select any of the candidates based on their search result and communicate further with the selected candidate using the internal messaging system. Further, candidates can register in the site using the signup section at the front end and post their skills with their other profile details. In addition to that we have also provided a backend feature as well.
