Client Brief:
Whitney-Fan.com is a website dedicated to Whitney Houston, an international superstar in the worlds of both music and motion pictures. The website says all about Whitney - up-to-date and complete news, latest chart statistics, and thousands of pictures, plus RealAudio/Video files, song lyrics, extensive archives and much more. The client - a big Whitney fan - wanted to convert the existing static website to a dynamic one. The objective was to build logic for certain sections including Whitney news, articles, TV and radio interviews, music albums and soundtracks, music articles, discography, and movies, movies articles / reviews and box office results. The client also wanted a dynamic picture and screen capture gallery in the site. They needed some means by which a section, say a music, can be linked to the gallery of pictures related to that particular section. They also needed search engine tools for Whitney articles and gallery sections.
