Subhash Kothari, founder of Reliant Tech., Inc. based in NJ, began his IT career over thirty years ago, assisting clients in many industries including government, education, manufacturing and retail to develop mission-critical applications in infrastructure management, client-server,
and web-based technologies. His technical leadership and managerial skill in guiding the company has resulted in Reliant's reputation for providing consistent, outstanding standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Alok Kumar Modi, a young entrepreneur, technocrat, and management genius, Alok Kumar Modi possesses over 12 years of experience in top management in some of the largest companies in India namely Gujarat Guardian Limited, Modi Mirrlees Blackstone Limited, Continental India Ltd., MAN Diesel & Turbo India Ltd., and UniglobeTravel. Modi currently holds the position of a director in the much revered Modi Group of Industries. He is proficiently handling the Group’s Float Glass, Industrial Power Generations Sets, Travel Franchise and Tours & Travel business. Modi is a visionary and his strength lies in formulation and implementation of impeccable corporate policies and strategies, positioning the companies in a fiercely competitive atmosphere and ensuring sustained growth.

Samir Kumar is an MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. A Director of Frontier Foods, an Australian MNC, he has 15 years of experience in international marketing, trade and management behind him. His strategic vision focuses on new venture development. Based in Hong Kong, China, he brings to the company a unique understanding of China, Australasia and the North American region.

Shamit Khemka brings along 15 years of experience in international business operations and excellent technology acumen. As a proprietor of Pharos Infotech a technology consulting establishment founded in 1994, he played pioneering role in setting up of the first-ever BBS (Bulletin Board System) with e-mail facility in India long before the introduction of VSNL internet services. Sampatti.com, an online database and interactive solution platform for real estate and infrastructure development sector; and again an India’s first, was Shamit’s next venture in 1998. SynapseIndia - Shamit’s another brainchild, was founded in the year 2000 and continues to be a leading Indian IT solution provider. He worked as Director in Bharat Marketing & Advertising (an INS agency) and successfully carried out several national and international ad campaigns during this stint. Shamit’s all-round technical and managerial experience; and ability to apply it in business-critical areas, has brought in success and appreciations for all the ventures that he has invested in till today.

Shamit has served in various capacities on the regional and local Board's of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) and was a participant at EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program (Birthing of the Giants) Class of 2009 and EO/ISB Entrepreneurs Business Growth Program class of 2012.

He has been appointed as a Learning Director by EO Global.
