Around 7+ years
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle,
including: gathering and prioritizing product and requirements, defining the product
vision, and working closely with engineering team, process leads, internal and
external teams to ensure product realization goals are met. The Product Manager job
also includes ensuring that the product supports the company overall strategy and
goals.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Generalize, stabilize and take control of internal application development
- Work with internal entities/users to realize the concepts to a software product which is generic and configurable
- Must have excellent teamwork and team management skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should have Minimum of 2 years experience as a Manager in product development
- Must have 5+ years in Technical development with background
- Strong in PHP 5, OOPS, MYSQL, query optimization, database, stored procedures, triggers
- Should have worked in at least CMM Level 3 organization
